During the ideation phase, I came up with lots of different ideas to solve the problems my user persona have.

The goal of this phase was to come up with as many design solutions as possible. It was all about being creative and thinking outside the box.

Then, I picked the best ideas to work on further.

This user journey map helped me understand how users interact with the tools they have when they are planning a trip, and by finding their pain points and gain points. I identified their pain and gain points during all the journey and those where very valuable insights that helped me to move further in my design.
