Wholistic Wellness is a brand new wellness center located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. They specialized in holistic services such as Acupuncture, Registered Massage Therapy, Facial Acupuncture and more.
THE PROJECT
They needed to create their website and brand concept. Focusing on creating a seamless online experience that reflects their vision. I worked closely with the product owner to develop a comprehensive branding strategy and design a user-friendly website that showcases their services and allow the user to easily book an appointment with a JaneApp integration.
Having worked in the wellness industry for two years, I have observed the main challenges faced by users. I aimed to address these challenges by developing a product that provides exactly what they need.

THE GOAL
Create a responsive website where users can understand the content hierarchy and reduce their cognitive load. Making the booking journey smooth and easy from any device.
Detailed information about practitioners
Having a detailed background about the practitioners is an asset for the user to feel safe by booking with a specific person. The "Book Now" button below each practitioner's profile, will take you to the Online Booking System, Janeapp.
Listed services with their own pages
Not sure which service to book for the specific symptom or health concern you may have? In the services pages you will be able to see which type of service is the most accurate for you, without having to delve in google or other search engines.
I decided to go for a A Z-shape eye-tracking pattern, which means that users will likely browse content on the page following the shape of the letter Z, for users who read from left to right. Drawing the user’s eyes to all of the information on the site, based on the order of importance.
